very good point.. so, in developing the brand image.. the company needs to be aware of the brand perception to ensure they are correctly communicating and crafting the brand image so that the brand perception matches the brand image

Yes it's amazing how a simple Farming game such as Farmville has brought Zynga such amazing success. I believe that it's as you pointed out the simplicity and it's parrallel's to rea life simulations.
Everyone loves a bit of the country and being able to escape the day to day grind of the city for a virtual online country world is ideal for many people.
